Pahala Kencana has a 24/7 Call Centre Departement Units on Information, Booking and Reservation Systems, they are reliable, convenient and always ready to help.

This Departement is fully equipped with a GPS (Global Positioning Systems) monitoring and tracking bus operation and performance including time of arrival and departure, the duration of the bus stays on every bus stop, duration of every trips, etc.

 

 

FEEDER: BUS SERVICE TO PICKS UP AND DELIVERS PASSANGER FACILITY
Pahala Kencana creates a new concept in a term of Passenger’s picks up and delivers service.
Pahala Kencana Feeder’s capability is reaching a new market by going into new, developing, and under developing locations.

Feeder Bus operation Routes are to include:

  1. West Jakarta to  cover Daan Mogot, Kalideres, Kebon Nanas (Tangerang)
  2. Tangerang to cover BSD City, Gading Serpong, Karawaci, Cikupa, Cikokol, and its environs.
  3. Bintaro, including Sector 5 and its environs, Jombang and Graha
  4. Depok to cover Depok I and II
  5. Bogor to cover Wangun, City of Bogor, Dramaga (Campus IPB), Warung Jambu, and Cibinong
  6. Kelapa Gading to cover Pulogadung, Sunter, and Tanjung Priok
  7. Yogyakarta covers City of Yogyakarta
  8. Surabaya covers City of Surabaya
  9. Malang covers city of Malang
  10. Denpasar covers City of Denpasar and Kuta
  11. Singaraja covers a few locations in Buleleng through Gilimanuk

PASSANGER BAGGAGE
Pahala Kencana gives a simple and easy facility in passenger baggage systems. Passengers are permitted to travel with unlimited total kilograms of baggage as long as their baggage are safe and will not disturbing other passengers or bus.

Baggage facility offers:

  • Every passengers are permitted to travel in a reasonable size of 40x40x30 cm luggage with a total up to 25 kilograms baggage
  • Passengers must declare their numbers and excess baggage therefore Pahala Kencana will arrange passengers to use Pahala Express Services
  • All luggage, including checked luggage or carry on luggage must have an identification tag securely fastened to the luggage
  • Pahala Kencana providing Competent and reliable baggage assistant
  • Free of charge porter
  • Pahala Kencana is responsible for the loss or left of passenger baggage, therefore they provide a  Special Division to handle this matter.
